Some elakiri members here say Sri Lanka is a heaven if you have money. Do you think this is true ? Do you really think Sri Lanka is a good place for those who have money ?

Dialog, Mobitel, Hutch crap. So these f**ers know that Yakkayos don't have other options, they do what ever they want. Gvernment or any other government based places like TRC, Consumer affairs authority won't do anything to protect Yakkayos. They all are bunch of crooks.

I don't mind paying it if i generate a income from that country. You can think you're paying it for human rights , proper law and order , infrastructure , health standards city management , powerful diplomatic service , good business environment , product availability , good public transport , 1st world service, etc

I don't mind paying it if i generate a income from that country. You can think you're paying it for human rights , proper law and order , infrastructure , health standards city management , powerful diplomatic service , good business environment , product availability , good public transport , 1st world service, etc

blah blah blah so dubai, hongkong should implement those huge ass taxes since they are better than many 1st world countries..
you depend on that 1st world country's job income, so you have no choice. but i am NOT.
so i can go where i am treated best with the lowest cost..

Anywhere is great if you have money. It's just that it takes less money to be rich in Sri Lanka. But the problem is that you have deal with terrible infrastructure. Even if you buy the most expensive apartment in the city, you still have to get through same traffic, experience power and water outages, deal with lack of access to basic services you'd otherwise find in another country.

yes why not? but their labour cost is high, cost of living is high. super expensive real estate...
so still in sri lanka i can save and invest more money in to my businesses
