They don't want to focus on solutions, because it's the hardest part. Even the existing parties don't have an idea. Do you think the general public will brainstorm?

So the questions is do you want to waste your time on something you don't have control on or do you want to put your time on something you have a considerable amount of control. So I went with the latter.

Here is my current status;

1. I earn in foreign currency. So only problem I have right now is having money and not having things to buy
2. Price fluctuations that happen in SL doesn't affect me cos I can still afford it
3. Power crisis - bought an inverter that power the whole house. so it too is solved
4. What will happen if the living conditions in SL get unbearable? --> I will move out with my family

Want to know what I will do for my kids?

I will never encourage them to live in this shit hole. I will make sure they have the path to go abroad and live in a country where you are appreciated.


So this is the reason I don't give a shit about what is going on in the country right now and don't participate in any protests.

End of the day this too is just another country .

Try to earn a salary that will stop making your living style depend on the government .

Totally agree on the people . But people include "you" and "me". The real and only person that can improve is "you". I can not change the country ,but I can influence someone who listen/read.(you= anyone who read this).

If you know you will only have a limited time to live and during that time you have the choice of spending your time to make your life better for you and your family vs trying to change people to make the country better, Honestly what will you choose?

@Tharaka25 you too can answer this.

I have gone through the cycle of trying to change things for the betterment of the rest and realized that it isn't something worth the effort.

Find the balance between been selfless and selfish.
