I am not sure which model you are talking about but generally they combine a front loading washing machine and a condenser dryer together.
The washing cycle is similar to a wash only machine - no difference.
But the dryer usually takes quite a long time. Also many combo dryers use water for the drying cycle too. This may sound surprising but true. A normal vented dryer uses hot air to dry but the condenser type works a bit differently. It uses warm dry air through your wet clothing to extract moisture, then cooling the now humid air in a heat exchanger to condense the moisture. This condensation gets stored in a tank and the air is reheated and pushed again. In effect this is an heat exchanger and many combo dryers use water (because it's connected anyway) to cool the exchanger - like a car radiator. The water consumption can be more than 100 litres on some models and al;so depends on your load.
Also because of the combination these usually have more problems than a stand-alone.. In many cases a washer and a separate vented dryer is cheaper.
Also note that there are heat pump dryers - these are efficient in electricity usage - usually 5 * energy - no water required for the heat exchanger - but very expensive.

Yes it is very helpful. i didn't knew some washers use water to dry.
i thought all dryers are blow dry technique used. with considering room temperature of the place , now i see blow dry might problematic with exhaust line as room temp change.
