No fingerprints for kids under 5. Only the photograph taken. Technically that biometrics is not complete. That's why immi account still ask to provide it. I don't think there is a problem.

Your kid's biometrics complete according to his age. But, IMMI account not showing that because, there are some data (fingerprints) missing. That's what I mean by technically not complete.

I believe this is all correctly done and complete, but immi account does not show it (due to missing data) and still ask you to provide biometrics.
