Remember when rus army landed on belarus cnn was saying its illegal for them to engage in offensives from foreign soil according to constitution.(only if my memory is good) mayb thats why wagners are there.but if this turns out to be true this will be the greatest staged coup in human civilization.but i highly doubt it.
