Local degree vs international degree SE

Planning to do foundation and a SE degree,Are there big disadvantages If I do a local degree (ex:SlIIT) vs Curtin SE degree when it comes to finding jobs?

no one cares about the degree. just learn the technologies and concepts properly.
get something that's accepted in countries like Australia, Canada if you are planning to migrate.
spend the least amount you have to and go to a reputed institute in arshiklands, or just migrate after the foundation course
