By the way, I can't understand why they needed to use camera feed for training AI. It's like touching your nose behind the head. Because, as Helayek said, that process is well defined and there is no need to train the AIs.

It depends on how they train their AI. Working with fabric is difficult without vision

Don't underestimate. There are research robots that can perform surgery. These are capable of both mechanical precision, human-like adaptability and understanding.

Agree, eventually it's going to happen. And a hierarchy of supervisor robots/software will locate/predict and solve whatever possible glitches. Mistakes are bound to happen anyway, it's just a matter of whether it's more or less than humans. Much less than with humans I hope.
