Dialog is shit service do not subscribe.

call centre were torture earlier with long waiting so BOT are now used for most common and easy type of queries. The problem is there is no proper filtering of complex issue from regular most common easy questions. Dialog never cared about their customers it only wanted to maximise profits for its more than 80% foreign (Malay) owner . Not a good company or ethical company. All Multi National Companies are like this. Eg Nestle, Caltex, Shell(no longer).....
