i feel sorry for this guy. i think he had honest intentions of doing some good to the country but within like 2 months he realized he and his people don't have the skillset needed to run even a school canteen.

so now he has to go around doing rallies bcuz opposition is driving them mad with their peaceful politics.
they are not burning down transformers not setting fire to rice mills and buses instead they are peacefully going around the country door to door exposing jepi lies. they just cant figure out how to handle this.

I feel sorry for you because, after reading this, I realized how limited your understanding of politics is.

First of all, there is no real opposition. The so-called opposition group is not engaging in genuine politics. Its members are simply trying to secure relief from their ongoing legal cases and possibly avoid prison. This strategy is not sustainable in the long run, primarily because people eventually forget. The JVP/NPP understands this very well.

The JVP/NPP is already focused on the 2029/2030 election cycle. The next two years will be critical and are likely to favour the party, unless a major global crisis such as a third world war or another genocide.

The government is in a strong position. It has sufficient funding, tourism is growing, and major projects, including the electrification of railway lines, expansion of the metro fleet, and completion of the Central Expressway, are expected to come together around 2030.

Therefore, these thugs and politically bankrupt individuals will need a much better plan if they genuinely hope to take control of the government.
