BOC Debit card for online payments

Has anybody used BOC VISA ELECTRON DEBT CARD for any online payment??? Is it possible with BOC Debit Card???

bcz all the debit carda are visa elector cards
so cant use for online payments only wat is sampath web card

IF YES APPLY FOR IT

sampath web card do not ask for any salary information.
you can deposit any amount you want to the account of the web card and use your card.

if you want a credit card, still you can get a credit card without job by depositing a fix deposit @ any bank. you'll get around 90% credit limit of the amount you deposit on the fix deposit. most banks offer this. but they don't advertise it. just go to what ever bank you use and ask about getting a credit card by depositing a FD. they'll give you all the info. no job salary information or witnesses needed.
(for sure i know that sampath, HSBC, comercial and seylan bank do offer this )
