this is like a prepaid visa card. you can top up any amount that u want n do online transactions

2500 is the minimum and it will b the balance of ur account (2500)

First tell me, did you put the verification 4 digit number to paypal account.
To get 4 digit number call SAMPATH BANK CARD CENTRE and ask last transaction 4 digit number. Then they tell you, write it down and add it. If you need any help PM me.
But personally i dont say you to add your card to PayPal. Because this avoid you adding fund to PayPal account using web card.
