    I don't know what's best between Abans and JKOA.

    But I know one thing! JKOA customer service is 1000% better than Abans...
    If ur going to Abans go with Uraj.. Otherwise they don't care about you...

    I bought from JKOA.

    I don't no Abans other services. :no: But, our Toshiba Engineer Division Service is same as JKOA. :D :)

    Machan, I'm not talking about engineering team..

    To buy u have to go to sales people. right?
    Abans sales people even don't know what a processor is :lol:
    And they don't even care to look at you when you go to a showroom...

    At JKOA they ask what you want and give you all the matching details and prices. And they are all printed so we can clearly see and decide. :yes:
    If you don't understand anything they will take time to explain that :)
    Then you can directly talk with area sales managers and negotiate on prices :yes:
    They even care to deliver ur lap top to ur vehicle.


    At Abans, either they are busy or they don't care :no:

    This is my personal experience and many of my friends too.

    mamath JK ekata giya kenekta laptop ekak aran denna.. un mara widihata service eka dunne... abans ekatath gihin thiyenawa... umba kiwwa hariyata hari.. melo magulak danne ne un.. unity eke abans ekath ehemai.. melo magulak danne ne...
