got a another solution 4m Ebay about my transaction & I'm posting it hear for those who got same problem

After i didn't get my refund to my paypall account Ive contact the Ebay Customer Support again and they sent me a Ebay Courtesy Coupon........!

debit card not support for it. rs 2500 yana web card ganna...oyata e rs 2500 item ganna pluwan.....service chare rs 100 for 1 year...carde eka enawa 1 weeks waga apply karahama.........after oya ta reload karana pluwan web card eka.....
