dialog sucks as usual.
Im using lanka belle. And Im really satisfied with the speed.

Dialog is highly deepened on tower.
Any day time I have 2Mbps at near campus at Katbedda and after 10 PM I am getting about 5-6Mbps.
After 8 at near campus at Katbedda, it is very hard to connect in Mobitel.
