thnx bro..tht sounds kwll.. i wil doo tht.. we also hav a small gym downstares....just lazy to go.. dan ma patan gaththo..then i l hav like a 6 months of ful time for my body.. ela ela.. wil do then..try a rapid workout (fast lifting with recommended weights), follow it continuously till you leave, have a run for about 20 mins in the mrnng.. i know some people who followed this n reduced their weights..![]()
