    mata ikmanata kg 15 adu kara ganna kramayak kiyapalla..eeta passe anaga cut karana ona magulak kala haki.... june wala lankawata awith masa 4 thiyanwa anaga adu kara ganna..udawa onaaaaaa..( puluwan tharam ikmanta adu kara ganna puluwan anm wadath hondai.. kama kanne nah mama wadiye..eka sure karanna puluwan..

    mama issara sports karala nawathapu daa indan tikak mahath una.. dan need to hav a gud body...

    nelik machan umba wennapuwe yana gym eka mokadda.... lunuwila handiye ekatada..

    mchn don't go for supplements, just eat more than before. they will ask you to have calcium tablets. it is nt good, bcz ur havin enough calcium through dry fish

    i agree... do your best without supplements.. but, if you are willing to pursue a career in body building, you cannot survive without them.. try amino acids and weigh proteins first.. and go for carbohydrate at last.. in case of amino acids be careful when you pick a brand.. tablets might damage your kidneys.. make sure you follow the workout continuously, otherwise they would make you a broiler with in weeks.. one more thing, some brands do not work for everybody, you have to pick up the best for yourself...

    if you wanna do this just for the health and fitness, have a well managed workout with proper techniques, weights and diets.. thats all you need to pump your muscles while balancing everything... wish you all the best.. :)

    try a rapid workout (fast lifting with recommended weights), follow it continuously till you leave, have a run for about 20 mins in the mrnng.. i know some people who followed this n reduced their weights.. :)

    at worst, you can try fat burner.. :D

    thnx bro..tht sounds kwll.. i wil doo tht.. we also hav a small gym downstares....just lazy to go.. dan ma patan gaththo..then i l hav like a 6 months of ful time for my body.. ela ela.. wil do then..
