I didn't get caught to any scams but I know one guy who was working with me (older gent. In his 50s around 2008) who recived an e-mail from the Nigerian prince.

He had prepared a nice response on an official letterhead from his business (he had a side business) including full details such as the BR no, bank details and had signed it off as the director of the company.

I was having a little laugh. Never asked him what happened after that. I suspect he lost a few hundred dollars but remained quiet. I didn't like the guy enough to explain that its a scam.

Yeah the Nigerian prince, the lawyer whose client died in an accident, the hedge fund manager who needs to avoid tax...all of them have emailed me. Some 15 years ago I guess. But I already knew all the tricks and sometimes had fun sending them details and then getting their repeat emails that the account doesn't exist, until they realize that I've been taking them for a ride.

මට මුලින්ම ආවෙ 2007 දි විතර. dating වගේ ඇවිල්ලා බැංකුවක තියෙන සල්ලි මට දෙන්නම් කියල මිලියන ගාණක්.. ලග ඉදිය යාළුවාට කිව්වෙත් නෑ ඌට දෙන්නත් වෙයි කියල .. . පස්සෙ සතුට වැඩි වෙලාවක ඌට කිව්වා. ඌ එවලෙම ඒ mail එකම google කලා. එවෙලෙ තමයි දැක්කෙ spam කියලා
