I live in Dubai. I use one of the below brands. I just buy the cheapest one available at that time as they all good reputable brands with similar quality. Also I only like vanilla flavour as it goes better with OATS with milk.

Also at least take multivitamin + vitamin D3 + omega 3 supplement. Ideal if you can take Zinc and Magnesium Glycinate as well.
Omega-3s reduce triglyceride levels.
