already has formal export payment channels with heavy regulatory processes, so PayPal’s initial B2B rollout may not immediately transform exporter payments or create a major impact. but it is still an important starting point.

The real test is whether CBSL, local banks and PayPal expand this limited B2B rollout into wider inward payment access, similar to what users already have in many other countries.
