    ya 30-35 is a good fps. u shouldn't have any lags with the game. If u experienced a lag thats bcoz of a huge drop of fps rate. huge mean from about 50 to 35... in some places u get 45+ fps and when it tries to adjust to 35 fps there will be a little lag.. but don't mind it.
    about ur mobo.. u don't have to install drivers (if they are already installed in ur hard).. bt did u place the board firmly and connect the other hardwares such as processor, psu, graphic card... correctly? u know how to assembly a PC? If u don't, make sure to check ur PC by an expert. to avoid any future incidents, make sure ur PC is assembled correctly.
