අපි isp ගෙන් සල්ලි ගෙවල ගන්න data package එකේ data ටික ඔක්කොම පාවිච්චි කරේ නැති උනත් මාසේ අන්තිමට අපිට අලුතෙන් ම data package එකක් දෙන්නේ ඇයි.ඉතුරු උන data ටිකටත් අපි සල්ලි ගෙවලනේ තියෙන්නේ.

ඇයි ඒ ඉතුරු ටික ඊලග මාසෙට එකතු කරන්න බැරි ??

නොදන්නා දෙයක් තියෙනවනම් පැහැදිලි කරනු මැනවි

Actually that is the advantage of being the Goverment ISP. nothing is magic here. I have no idea how Dialog got the permission to lay cables through the country.

It can be advantage for slt not for customers. Reason if will open equal rights to all ISP. Competition will rise and package prices will go down because of ISP competition. So monopoly not suitable for any sectors.
