DO NOT USE THE ONLINE REVENUE LICENSE PORTAL !!
Below is the revenue license I received via post after making a doggy online payment which took place yet did not issue a proper receipt due to a system error. However credit card had got charged and amount was held by merchant.
After receiving license via courier, a guy started calling and said that this has been a system mistake. A lady and a guy came to meet me and asked to return this. No big deal if they ask, i said come with a letter requesting it from RMV.
They didnt come with a letter but claimed that this needs to be reissued to another when i said that i will only return this after cutting off my details personal details. Threatened me if i mess with it i wont be able to have any license for my life time

They didnt allow me to do that which arose my suspicion. After a great battle managed to cut it and get the womans signature. Informed the bank not to pay... So this is the 21 st century government service and its servants in SL. We cover their asses....when they make on the job blunders and playout with public money....yet enjoy a life long pension...
