Don't think it is about Maheshi, the problem is they haven't properly defined this matter. If a doctor asks a patient to get some medicine from outside and then the patient goes and complains about this will they arrest the doctor? Our fuckers are expecting everything to come for free from the hospita.

You can argue that they can just write the proper name and not the brand name, then what will happen if a pharmacy issues a sub standard brand and then the doc gets dragged in to it again?

Oh come on, be real. Give me a single example of a doctor being penalized for an illegal drug sale done by a pharmacy. (selling substandard drugs unapproved by NMRA is illegal)
