it's simple u can see he has published his Skype account
and also made a new Blog too (it's complicate for a new user and everyone just come and make a post first then begin to configure their settings ,that's nature of human beings ,u can now say he is a different one he first changed the settings and posted a blog then came to make a post no it is not possible ,cause before u put ur dearest Email/SKype on somewhere u need to know what kind of people are there so basically u make a post to get feedbacks that's a way people do everyone so u can make sure this is a suitable place for u)


so we can determine either he has come to Elakiri but didn't have an account OR an old member ,then look at this
