Pros: 1) Better Work Colleagues + Environment. This is understandable considering they are girls.
2) Relatively better pay.
Cons: 1) Huge Workload + Work stress.
2) Poor labor laws compared to SL. Like you can be fired without proper notice. But there’s always the dole as backup.

Pro 1: true, even for boys or anyone for that matter. People generally help each other out to get work done and share the workload whenever possible. My experience so far has been that If you feel like the workload is too much usually talking to your manager will help. I've gone from grocery worker -> mcdonalds worker -> cleaner -> fruit market helper -> web dev -> software engineer. Pretty much the same case anywhere I've been.Anyone working in finance/accounts in Australia? Thoughts on this?
