I’m facing the same issue again. SAMBRANI smoke used to keep the palm civets away for about 5 or 6 months, but it doesn’t seem to work anymore. I think they’ve gotten used to it.

There’s also a light on every night, but that hasn’t helped either. Nothing I’ve tried so far is working, and the damage is getting too much to bear.

I’ve tried all the humane methods I can think of, but at this point, I really need to put an end to this problem. Are there any stronger repellents or legal solutions left? I’m even wondering if there’s something like poison (similar to rat poison) that works for these animals, though I’m not sure if that’s allowed.

Any advice or experience with long-term solutions would be appreciated.
