You may get liquid organic fertilizer (fully sterilized). This is because ultimately Organic or Chemical plant will absorb only elements(Macro(N,P,K) and micro Mn,Cr , Mg , Fe, etc) . We have only 92 naturally occuriing elements and some more added (found ) ones . Chemical or Organic finally breaks to compounds and elements to a form that can be absorbed to plants!!
But from what I know(not an expert !!) these fully sterilized organic 'nutrients' for plants , are very expensive than chemical fertilizer and cannot be a substitute in large scale!! Specially in countries such as Sri Lanka.(it is sad that these issues were never examined before by our Viyath.)
The bulk organic fertilizer always have microorganisms(SLS had already issued a standard for Orgainic Fertilizer and to my knowledge it was only sterilized , but I do not know whether this standard is mandatory or not(eg SLS standard for Milk powder is mandatory standard for all imports , some in this category are canned fish , ready to drink ).http://www.slsi.lk/index.php?option=com_slstandards&view=search_standards&Itemid=436
SLS standards are voluntary in many categories (so the issuance of standard is not a ban to import sub standard items unless it is mandatory!!)
I think we lacked any analytical reporting in our electronic and print media. So a person who is an expert (not fake experts) can do it
