only option is cleanup your house top to bottom killing everyone...im a buddhist I never kill an animal but you cant control the shit machan...they breed like shit...1 or 2 cockroaches would be enough and after 3 months you have an army of em...I had to clean up and kill every one of them and sprayed the roach killer all over my house...no other option than killing...they are practically invulnerable

Buy some boric powder (Karam board powder) OR boric Acid and mix flour and water.
now you can make small balls from that mix, and keep that balls on every where on the house (i mean on suspicious places)

I have the same problem. But not in the my room but in the bathroom. What I am doing is to catch them and through them out to the garden. I am a buddhist and I can't kill them without feeling guilty afterward, so killing them is not an option, for me, atleast.
After catching and sending them to the garden, gradually they adapted to that method. Now no cockroaches are visible in the bathroom when I am entering there. They immediately hide behind something when I approaches. That's a kind of behavior that I've not expected from such a small creature.
However it's irritable to see 'em in anywhere. Try to get rid of them without killing 'em.

Boric powder and suger also work.
Best one is ligting of the dark places
else Go to Lawson pest control, they have a bait which cockroaches and ant take to their kingdom and whole colony get destroyed.

Absolutely Right, I used mortin and Ninja, no use. (smell is gross)accidentally bought Hit, the result is amazing. also, hit coming with an extra gadget that can use to inside the holes.
