පසුගියදා රාජගිරිය ප‍්‍රදේශයේදී සම්පත් සන්දීප් නම් තරුණයා රිය අනතුරකට ලක් කර පලා ගියේ ඇමති චම්පික රණවකම බවට තහවුරු වන ප‍්‍රබල විද්‍යාත්මක සාක්‍ෂියක් හමු වූ බව එම නඩුවේ අගතියට පත් පාර්ශ්වයේ නීතිඥයෝ කියා සිටිති.

අනතුර සිදු වූ දින එම වේලාවන්වලදි ඇමතිවරයාගේ ජංගම දුරකතන සංඥා සමන් මාර්ගය අදාල අනතුර සිදුවී ස්ථානය හා නිශ්චිතව සැසඳෙන බව ඊයේ දිනයේ පොලීසිය විසින අධිකරණයට දන්වා තිබේ.

ඊට අමතරව විත්තිකරු බව පවසමින් පොලිසියට බාර වී ඇති රියදුරාගේ ජංගම දුකතනයේ සංඥා එම අනතුර සිදුවෙද්දි ඒ අසලකවත් නොතිබූ බවද හෙලිව ඇත.

ඇසින් දුටු සාක්‍ෂිය හා මෙම ප‍්‍රබල විද්‍යාත්මක සාක්‍ෂිය අනුව ඇමතිවරයා ස්ථිර වශයෙන්ම මෙම නඩුවේ ප‍්‍රධාන විත්තිකරු වනු ඇතැයිද නීතීඥවරු කියති.

අධිකරණය විසින් එම අවස්ථාවේ CCTV දර්ශණ පරීක්‍ෂා කිරීම සඳහා නියෝග කලද ඇමතිවරයා රියෙන් බැස්ස බවක් ඇසින් දුටු සාක්‍ෂිවලින් නොකියවෙන නිසා එහි ප‍්‍රතිඵල මෙම නඩුවට දැන් ප‍්‍රබල බලපෑමක් සිදු නොවනු ඇතැයිද නිතිඥයෝ කියා සිටිති.

Champika and Gammanpila and the lot are No 1 imposters and voters get easily believe what they say and vote for them to return to parliament.
But , think about this
Did any one find out who gave orders to shoot at unarmed protesters at Ratupaswala .
Who asked Army to to come there.
Army cannot get involved in civil incients, at least Military Police should have been called with minimum force
There were heavily armed SF and other combatants to fight against unarmed protest
Did any one check the phone calls of the military top brass to see who gave calls?
This was the Democracy and freedom that MR gave , no blog addressed these though two innocent persons including a school boy was shot and killed by Sri Lankan Army.
Who was taken to court? The reason was that the victims were Sinhalese so no international or local cry for the justice of the said poor victims who protested against multinational company. (The reason for protest may be wrong but can a govt kill the unarmed protesters using maximum force)
Over to Courts and investigations to check the phones of all the top army persons involved to find out who gave directions to whom to shoot ....
Remember at least 2 people were killed.
