    Reduce social media
    Put calmness and peace first.
Put sleeping at night a priority. Sleeping is important to have a balance mental and thinking power.
Reduce relationship with people and situations that bring unnecessary drama.
Control your feelings, mind and expectations, learn to let go of things for your peace, and don't think too much.
Meditate or go to a religious place.
Visit nature, walk. Travel and get experiences.
Have a tea or something to drink and sit and listen to some music or read a book.
Have Clean and tidy surrounding and be clean even if you don't have not many things.
Family First and then have quality fun friends.

    1. On the "Loss of Childhood"

The writer is grieving the loss of presence. As children, we don’t have a "self-image" to protect. We just are. As adults, we become "projects" that we are constantly trying to fix, upgrade, or market to others.

Solution: The goal isn't to get back to being a child, but to realize that the "stress" and "anxiety" are often just stories we tell ourselves about a future that hasn't happened yet. You have to actively fight to reclaim "useless" joy—doing things just because they feel good, not because they make you money or look good on a CV.

    2. The "Matrix" and the "Grift"

The post brilliantly points out the irony of "influencers" selling courses to "escape the system."

Solution: Most people telling you to "escape the Matrix" are just trying to build a Matrix where they are the ones getting your money. Real freedom isn't found in a "wealth-creation course"; it’s found in lowering your dependency on the things that make you feel inadequate. If you don't need a luxury car to feel valuable, you've already escaped a huge part of the "system."

    3. The Myth of the "Perfect Trade-off"

The writer mentioned: "If you have brains, you don't have looks; if you have both, you have mental health issues."

Solution: This is actually a very healthy realization. It’s called Optimization. In video games, you can’t max out every stat (Strength, Agility, Intelligence) at once. Life is the same. Accepting that you will always be "incomplete" or "deficient" in some area is the ultimate cheat code. It stops you from chasing a ghost.

    4. Are we just "Dopamine Robots"?

This is the biological "black pill" – the idea that we are just sacks of chemicals.

Solution: Just because we understand the mechanics of a sunset (wavelengths of light hitting the atmosphere) doesn't make the sunset less beautiful. Yes, happiness involves dopamine, but the meaning we attach to our actions is what makes us more than robots. Choosing to help someone, choosing to build something, or choosing to endure hardship for a loved one—those are human choices that transcend simple chemistry.

How to live with the "Low Feeling"?

To the writer’s final question about dealing with the feeling of being "low" or "insignificant," I would suggest three shifts in perspective:

    Shrink Your World:

The internet makes us think globally, but we live locally. If you compare yourself to a billionaire in Dubai who inherited an oil company, you will always feel like a failure. If you compare yourself to who you were yesterday, the "win" feels real.

    The "Spotlight Effect":

We think everyone is judging our "lack of success." In reality, everyone else is too busy worrying about their own failures to care about yours. There is a massive freedom in realizing that nobody is watching you as closely as you think.

    Accept "Good Enough":

We are taught that "good enough" is a sin and that we must be "the best." But a "good enough" life—where you have food, a few people who love you, and a hobby that makes you smile—is actually a massive victory in the 21st century.

    The Bottom Line:

The post describes a world that is "broken," and they are right. But you don't have to fix the world to find a way to exist within it. Happiness isn't the absence of problems; it's the ability to find value in the struggle.
