time to create an account and sign in, this is a testament to your
courage and participation.
To the Facebook Administrators, Facebook friends, all our supporters in and out of Sri Lanka, DNA members, Editors and Journalists of news websites, newspapers, radio channels and TV channels that promoted this cause by contributing their time and money, - Thank you so much! The success of this is the true measure of your creative advice, promotions, participation and willingness to push this through, even amidst opposition. We could not have done this without the help of all of you and I hope you are all very proud of what we all have achieved here together amidst all complications faced.
A very special thank you to everyone, who went around collecting signatures door to door and helping the ones who had difficulty in accessing or creating accounts. That was indeed the final push we needed.
We have already made a big impact with this petition. More than 20
MP's have spoken about the petition and we were able to raise concerns.
As soon as a response is issued from the White House, we will post it
for everyone to see. Each person who signed will also probably get the
response to your individual accounts.
Once again, thank you ever so much for being with us, and giving us
the courage and strength to move forward and not give up.
