Some devices work with just the lan cable without having to use a power source.

Commonly used on ip camera setups and desk phones. Having an office full of phones that needs extra power sources can become a real mess and think about running a security camera with just one lan cable.

But these are older technologies anyway. Not sure why would an ISP provide such services to their general customers. Waste of resources.

One can easily add poe to their network. Not an ISPs problem

HFC/VDSL දෙකටම වැඩිය FTTH ප්‍රායෝගකයි. අඩුම ගානෙ SLT උන් FTTP, FTTC, FTTN වලට වත් නොගිය එක ගැන සතුටු වෙයන්. ADSL ටික ටික අයින් වෙලා Fiber වලට යන එක end user ලා හැටියට අපිට වාසියි. Connection වල cost එක ගත්තම ලංකාවෙ fiber connection වල montly bill එක මේ ගාන තියෙන එක වාසනාවක්

කොපර් ලයන් තිබුන කාලේ ඉන්ටනෙට් වැඩ නැති උනාම ඉතින් දවස් 3ක් වත් යනවා හදන්න. ඒ මදිවට පොඩ්ඩක් වැස්සත් පට්ට ස්ලෝව් රැට ලයින් එක ගලවල තිබුනේ නැති උනොත් උදේට රවුටරේ ට බඩු හරි. ඒ අතින් Fiber දාහෙන් සම්පතක් දැනට අවුරුදු 1 1/2 පාවිච්චි කරනවා කිසිම අවුලක් නැ
