This is good but has this help to decrease fatal road accidents in SL. No
We cannot keep a person in remand for long.Even if the Doctor is convicted the fatal accidents in SL will not decrease. How many people die due to road accidents in SL and do Police conduct proper investigation in each and every case . No

So that is where the issue lies. Doctors were not the root cause of fatal accidents in SL, but the Police inaction is. Just see any major road for some time and it is not difficult to see reckless driving and even drunken drivers.
