Some company came to me saying that in 10 years each tree would sell for almost 1 lack or something and they wanted a minimum of 200 sapling investment at around something like 1 million or something.. and an yearly take care fee of something like 10,000 rupees.

I are you seriously fucking telling me a tree would only sell for less than 7,000 rupees.

Some 3-4 years back some other company came to me with the same sort of a deal with that Perfume producing tree (cant remember the name) with almost same sort of investment and returns...
