personally I also was a victim of cigarettes then with lot of efforts I could make my life get rid of it.. when president mahinda rajapaksha make a low against public use of tobacco products I was very happy about that.. but then I visited sri lanka for one and half month. what I sow make me very angry.. the majority I sow smoking were not local people that ware foreigners! in air ports and many hotels they do it very publicly. then I thought if all the lows of other countries apply for us when we are in those countries(Evan more rules) but why not for them in our country! why police can't arrest them ...
