සංවර්දිත රටවල (MAY called capitalist) මේ ලක්ෂණ තියෙනවා.
(1) private sector
- many jobs are generated here. There is a minimum $/hr imposed by government. There are laws imposed by government (e.g. to prevent unnecessary monopoly in the market). You can earn any amount of money as you wish (millions), but make sure to pay the tax.
(2) government sector
- There exits a government sector too!. Government does business and services only in strategic areas. For example, in some countries, electric power generation is conducted by government. In some countries government sector is very significant ( e.g. Norway). The proportion of private and government sector depends on their needs and policies.
(3) tax system
- to maintain social services such as health, education, employment insurance (if you loose job) etc
- to maintain minimum living standard for every one. e.g if you earn more you need to pay more (may be 50%). If you earn less, government will give you some money (as tax return), so that you can have minimum standard.
(4) Price of commodity - depends on supply and demand, No tax for essential goods.
