No problem bn. I tried to make them aware about the short comes we meet once we are doing surgeries,I tried to make them aware the work we do despite a TUA by GMOA. But none of them want to understand it. Instead they try to find out pros and cons of them. So finally I gave up everything and now stay without explaining anything.
