මෙන්න මේ ගේම් එක ගහලා තියෙද?

ඉස්සර මගේ යාළුවෙක් උගේ කොම්පියූටරේ ගැහුවා. වින්ඩෝ 98 වලින්. මට ගහන්න දුන් නෑ. මං ඉතින් බල හිටපු එක විතරයි කලේ. හොයා ගන්න බැරි වෙයිද ගේම් එක? නිකන් පොඩි නොස්ටැල්ජියාවක් ආවා මේක ගහන්න. ඉන්ටනෙට් එකේ ඩවුන්ලෝඩ් කරන්න තියෙන්නෙ ප්ලේස්ටේෂන් වර්ෂන්ස් විතරයි.

Some games were written to perform under Intel 8086/8088 CPU clock speed, so they were rendered as unplayable in later CPUs.

As a solution, Turbo button was introduced to reduces CPU clock speed, in order to ensure the compatibility between older games and newer CPUs.

This practice was common among Intel 80286, 80486 systems and rarely in 1st Generation Pentium I CPUs.

Some users swap the cables of POWER and TURBO buttons to avoid the possible confusions.
