For heavy vehicles - Medical Fitness certificate obtained from the Sri Lanka National Transport Institute within a period of six months.

ස්තුතියි මචන් ලා.... පරන එකනම් මරු තමා... එත් අකුරක් වත් කියවන්න බැ..... පොඩි ඉන්ශුවරන්ස් ක්ලේම් එකක් තියෙනවා කරගන්න... එකට ඉතින් අකුරු පේන ලයිශන් එකක් නෙ ඕනෙ.... ඉතින් තියෙන එක අලුත් කරගන්නම වෙනවා... නැත්තන් අතින් පාඩුයි..... මේ මෙඩිකල් එකක් එතනින් ගන්න පුලුවන් ද...?
