If this happens most likely the copier doesn't start at all. S01 is usually communication timeout error and also could happen if you update with the wrong firmware. You will not be able to get into the service mode either (check). Only the jig board can solve the issue.. This only available with the service agent.

ok.. Thanks...! But I tried with 2 different firmware files again and again.. same thing is happened. I thought this problem comes with the firmware version..
