As I said in my 1st post, my dad is a huge fan. I practically grew up listening to his songs. I greatly respect him as an artist and his family for caring for him during this challenging period. Having said that, I still don't see anything wrong in commenting on how I felt about his daughter. She is a beautiful woman and a caring daughter worthy of admiration. It's only today I found out about the daughter in question and what a terrific singer she is. Have you listened to her song? I did. The real issue is the dirty minds of some people who think everyone's the same in viewing beauty. I merely posted the link to her thread here as a response to the poor attitude I received. Not cool, indeed.

මගේ ජීවිතයේ මම ඉතා ම ළඟින් ඇසුරු කරපු, ආදරය කරපු හුඟක් ගැහැනු ළමයින්ට නුවරට කුමක් හෝ සම්බන්ධයක් තියෙනවා. එක්කෝ ඔවුන් නුවර ඉපදුණු අයයි. එහෙම නැත්නන් නුවර හැදී වැඩුණු හෝ නුවර කාලයක් ජීවත් වුණු අයයි. මේ නිසා ම නුවර කෙල්ලන් ගේ බොරු අහංකාරය, බොරු ලොකුකම මෙන් ම ඉසියුම් ඇවතුම් පැවතුම් ගැනත් මට කිසියම් අවබෝධයක් තියෙනවා. ඒවායින් කිසියම් 'ප්‍රහේලිකාමය' (enigmatic) චමත්කාරයක් මා විඳ තියෙනවා. ප්‍රියා සූරියසේන "ගෙල වට බැන්දා වූ මුතු පොටේ" ග‍යන විට මේ ප්‍රහේලිකාමය චමත්කාරය නැවත නැවතත් මා ඉදිරියේ මැවී පෙනෙනවා.
අපි දන්න හුඟක් ගායකයන් ගේ ගීතවලට ඉතා ම සාර්ථක කවර් වර්ෂන්ස් මේ වෙනකොට නිර්මාණය වෙලා තියෙනවා. ඇතැම් වෙලාවට මුල් ගීතයට වඩා කවර් වර්ෂන් එක සාර්ථක වුණු අවස්ථා, ජනප්‍රිය වුණු අවස්ථා අප දැක තියෙනවා. ඒත් කවදාවත් ප්‍රියා සූරියසේන ගේ මුල් ගීතයට වඩා සාර්ථක හෝ ජනප්‍රිය කවර් වර්ෂන් එකක් කවදාවත් හැදෙයි කියලා මං හිතන්නේ නැහැ. ඒ ප්‍රියා සූරියසේන ගේ ඔහුට ම අනන්‍ය සදාහරිත, යොවුන් කටහඬ ඒ ගීතයේ වෙන් කරන්න බැරි කොටසක් වශයෙන් පවතින නිසයි.
ඉතින් ප්‍රියා සූරියසේන කොතරම් වයසට ගිහිල්ලා ඉන්නවා දුටුවත්, අසනීප වෙලා ඉන්නවා දුටුවත්, දුබල වෙලා ඉන්නවා දුටුවත් මගේ මනස තුළ ඔහු හැමදාමත් මතක ඇති කාලයේ ඉඳන් ජීවත් වන සදාහරිත ගායකයාමයි..
අප ජීවිතයේ කොතැන, කොහොම, කොයි විදියට හැරිසරලා අන්තිමේ දී නික්ම යන්න වුණත් මේ "සදාහරිත බව" තවත් කල්ප කාලයක් යන තුරු ජීවත් වන බව මට ප්‍රත්‍යක්ෂයි.
