It's simple machan. Let's take a simple example. Arguably the 4th dimension according to Einstein is Time. So even though we don't understand it we are part of it.

So it's like
Height -x1
Breadth-x2
Width-x3
Time-x4

So even if there are 10 dimensions, we still assign to a specific value in these dimensions.

So like

The only problem is we can't perceive or manipulate the other dimensions because we don't have sensors to feel it or technology to manipulate it. In future when humans advance with quantum physics, there is a chance to invent these senors to identify other dimensions. Then we can manipulate it to move to parallel universes or anything that brings with it.

I mean humans living in a 3D world. width, height and depth. 4th is time and space. But humans normally can't access even to the 4th, unless improve the mind.
