Okay so i live in Canada, and the safest and easiest way to send money to Lanka is Western Union.. I used to send money to my Cousins.
how it works :-
Find a western union location in senders country(in my option ,Canada) tell them you want to send money to Lanka. and how much u want to send..
Westernunion will take some money to send it/ (Eg, they take $12 for sending any amount less than $2000.) They will ask the Recivers full name(in this case my cousins) make sure its the same with NIC . They will give me a receipt and that Receipt has a number called MTCN.. Give that to the person in sri lanka and tell them to go to any western union location with thierID and MTCN number and they will get the Money in Rupees...
Its Instant money.

now in your case, machn owa gena be really carefull, Dont give ur Bank Account or Credit card or details like that. Western Union is safe(cz once they send the money and give you the MTCN, they cant take it back)


It can be really 2 people in need of favor. but it can also be people who are willing to scam u.. Specially the UK person. like doesnt he have anyone in UK who can teach for cheap?
and Nigeria is like another India.. lol all they know is how to scam.



Canadians here get scammed alot by Indians and Nigerians.
