Oregon State Police charged student Kendra Sunderland on Tuesday after obtaining footage of her video, which shows Sunderland flashing and mooning the camera several times and touching herself. A public indecency charge in the state of Oregon could cost Sunderland up to $6,250 in fines and up to a year in jail.
According to The Oregonian, the Valley Library measures at 340,000 square feet — a space that is too large, Clark admitted, for security to monitor in its entirety 24/7, thus leaving it vulnerable to shenanigans such as Sunderland’s NSFW clip.
