Doctors la therapist la wavage na kanawa. They are so fast to label your kid as autistic so they can earn for another 5 to 10 years off your kid. Those blood suckers don't even know or willingly ignore that screen addiction/virtual autism can replicate autism symptoms in toddlers which is 100% curable with withdrawal and some behavioral therapies

More than the food he child needs support. In the West they go for GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) diets, but these are not really proven. Vitamin D and Calcium are important at the growing stages.
Also certain food preservatives have an adverse effect on autism. Propionic acid (PPA) which is used as a preservative is said to be a major suspect.
Sugar, MSG can worsen it too. But note that no study proved that the diet really addresses the symptoms or the primary behaviour.
Don't get unduly worried but do the best you can do. It's not the end of the world. Hope & wish everything will turn out good.

PS: Both autism and ADHD was always under-diagnosed in the past. But these did exist. Also for whatever reason the number of cases keep on increasing now. :(

IDK much about the world situation but I have first hand experience with my kid. He had severe screen addiction and showed almost all the dead give away signs of autism. Now after 6 months of therapy he shows non of those symptoms and started interacting verbally as well. All we had to do was completely avoiding exposure to electronic media and interact with him as much as possible.

Your case is obviously different. But you can't generalize. Virtual autism does go away. Thankfully you did address the problem.

PS; But as I mentioned before the problem should have never taken place. I am not blaming you, most of us take a short cut and hand devices to kids.
