when the fundamentals of a religion fail people leave a religion, thats a fact of life. People have come to a place where they cannot live without sin were Buddhism does not give adequate solace... Fundamentals fail and people convert. You can't stop it! Stop attacking Christianity because its taking your people. Fighting does not solve anything, make some changes in Buddhism.... its bound to help.
You cannot protect a religion, because the choice is not yours. Buddhism need reform, starting with the JHU and down, so that the Religion becomes something that you can respect, not a political party. A flower must be pure, to have its real beauty!

There are different types of worship. When someone worships a god, they praise him or her, making offerings and ask for favours, believing that the god will hear their praise, receive their offerings and answer their prayers. Buddhists do not indulge in this kind of worship. The other kind of worship is when we show respect to someone or something we admire.
And thats why even Buddhists go to churches to worship the almighty... I competitive times like these a supernatural worship is needed by people. Like a child asking something from there mother and father, its the need of people that they ask someone's intervention.
Ever wonder why the JHU wants to bring an anti-conversion bill? But as I said, you cannot PROTECT a religion, its not your choice, making threads like this at Elakiri is only going to promote anger in some people. Be humble, be quiet, and be a good example. You will WIN.
