Yes.. You can get Omicron easily. I know many. The booster is not a silver bullet against the infection. However, the booster does increase the antibody levels and offers you a better chance of fighting the infection. So many get only a mild form of the infection.
For some even though the infection went away quickly, they continued to report being tired easily for the next two weeks.

Sorry... Correction. This isn't exactly true. As you say the antibodies will disappear after a while. But these antibodies aren't the only immune response our body has as it's defense mechanism. To describe loosely, there are two main types, the B-cells that make the antibodies & the T-cells that help in the process of B-cell formation and also act as killers to hunt down the virus. Some of the B and T cells go on to become much long lasting memory cells. These can recognize the virus again and remembers what to do if the same virus strikes again.
B-cells remember the outside shape of the virus , but T-cells go deeper into the amino-acids in the inside of the virus and thus knows the build details of the virus. So even if the virus envelope changes, the T-cells aren't easily fooled.
Research has shown that broadly reactive T-cells plays a very important role in Covid. Recently it has been shown that even the T-cells that we had developed for other betacoronaviruses which gives us the common cold, does help to fight against Covid.
This has led to the development of other vaccines which trigger broad T-cell response. The University of Manchester is currently trialing these types of Multivariant Covid Boosters using samRNA (self-amplifying mRNA ) which targets both spike and non-spike proteins of the virus.

This is a short rant because of time constraints... but you can refer to one of my old posts below for some more details on T-cells.
