besides it's not the consumption i hate. everyone has to consume something in order to maintain his/her life. it's over consumption, seeking things you won't even use and judging people by how much they consume i hate

it's clear that u haven't even heard of him. no he didn't get famous because he marketed himself. he became famous because he died. actually he lived. watch the movie Into the Wild. I'm currently reading the book his sister has written about him. It's one of the best movies I've ever seen.
