Even when there were proofs Eg. Kusal Mendis's fatal on wee hours, accident what good happened . Was there a conviction so far. Did he admitted guilt and punished.
In our system corruption (not only money corruption but other types too) is the order of the day. Why cant passanger's voice this from inside the bus? Ask the Driver to drive the bus or stop it and watch his video on phone.
The whole problem is as long as passengers are safe they do not care about the pedestrians. They do not understand that next day they will be on the road and this bus will run over someone including them!
This is a National Problem "selfishness" and "stupidity"
