Duminda Ravinath Anyone can overtake only if the road is clear. He saw im coming. Why cant he wait a few seconds? Tuk tuks are always like this. I'm riding to colombo everyday. 70 km per day. If something was gonna happen, its was a tuk tuk. Did you know 60% accidents caused by tuk tuks. Btw,
