Since I was looking for a good apartment in Colombo from last couple of months, I found that there are some hidden disadvantages like.

# Price is very expensive and not worth for that amount. For an example about/less than 1000 sqft two-bedroom apartment is around Rs. 680,00000/=

# Quality and value of an apartment is totally depends on its management. So if they don't offer a good service you won't be able to sell it for a reasonable price. I mean then it's not a good investment.

So I would like to buy a good house machan.

The others were managing with foreign visitors but after Covid disaster having difficulties to manage. The visitors did pick up but again ran into trouble now
